An international deal to limit carbon emissions has been made much more likely by a climate agreement signed on Wednesday between China and the US, says Sir David King.
The UK foreign secretarys special representative for climate change said that the landmark deal between the worlds two biggest emitters was very welcome in helping UN climate negotiations ahead of a key summit in Paris next year.
