Opaque pricing and dominance of utilities are among the negative factors identified by Competition and Markets Authority
|The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has published a report into Britain’s energy market in which it identifies opaque pricing, the dominance of utilities and an uncompetitive retail market as the main negative factors.
The "issues statement", released on Thursday, is part of an investigation into the British energy market, for which the CMA will publish its final report by 25 December 2015.
